      Most Blue Cross policies in any state work through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of  Nebraska 

Midlands Choice

      There are many insurance companies under the umbrella of Midlands Choice and  follow Midland’s policies for in-network providers, such as the following:

      Cigna

      Principal

      Midlands Benefit Administrators

      Lumenos

      among others

United Behavioral Health & United Healthcare 
 
 

All other Companies, such as Coventry are available on an out-of-network basis. Check with your insurance company to see if they re-imburse for out-of-network providers
